Here you may witness the greatest fights in the Universe. This observatory is closed off till tournaments are about to begin. The Observatory is opened exactly two weeks before the start of an upcoming tournament. During this period of time the observatory accepts signups for the tournament.
Numerous food kiosks are set up around the observatory with all manner of alien foods. Many massive screens fill the observatory with which is view the great fights on screen.
