A small sector made for the numerous refugees that inhabit Terminus. The inhabitants are poorly fed and barely clothed. They are treated terribly and given barely any room at all.
This sector is run by a Phlog named Javyar, At least Javyar is how two ears will hear the name. Phlogs come from a planet far beyond council space called Sorjus. Phlogs are an exceedingly odd race. Each Phlog is actually two sentient beings combined into one. The larger, more mobile, portion of the Phlog looks like a humanoid, with long, slender arms and legs, and a head about as broad as its body, however, its voice is inaudible by those with only two ears. The smaller portion of the Phlog rides upon the larger in a backpack, of sorts, facing to the rear, and looks remotely like a humanoid with a slender, almost dog-like face, and two sets of eyes. It is capable of being heard and understood by those with two ears.
The names of each Phlog require two mouths to say and four ears to hear.
Javyar is a cruel leader. He greatly limits the refugees movements and instead allows a group known as the Maanmin to use this sector as their base of operations for large sums of credits. The Maanmin are an interstellar gang of thugs that operate mainly in Almalexia and Hutta where they are free from council scrutiny.
