A small base hidden in a restoration zone not currently known about by the Tela Station offices.
This base is home to the illegal operations of Uriaz Corp. With their pure economic power they managed to restore a small portion of the planet themselves with which to run their operations. They attempt to sabotage all of the Leppi's attempts to restore the planet further.
