A rather....demonic shrine. An alter lies at the center of the shrine. Blood stains from a multitude of past sacrifices and rituals riddle both the alter and the floor. Chains and latches cover the cement alter. Victim's are brought here weekly to be executed. Victim's are usually criminals who commit crimes in the stronghold or prisoners from other religions.
The religion based on Dagon Balor is not just fantasy. Those who come to pray at this particular shrine are instilled with large amounts of energy. Those who spend three posts praying here are allowed to create a new custom attack, ability or technique. This custom tech must follow all of the rules and does not count towards your one custom tech per even level. This may only be done once per character
